Tournament Rules and Regulations

Participants are expected to maintain sportsman-like conduct throughout the tournament. Unsportsmanlike behavior, aggressive conduct, or foul language may result in disqualification.

Taking Turns: When taking their turn, players understand that once they’ve placed their meeples, collected resource tiles to their playerboard, or placed their item cards in their play area, etc., these action cannot be “taken back” without the express consent of the tournament organizers.
Drawing Tokens: Players must draw tokens BLINDLY from the draw bag. If a player “overdraws” in a single pull, they must return ALL drawn tokens to the draw bag and draw the entire lot again.
Cheating: Any behavior construed as cheating by the organizers will result in immediate disqualification.
Duration of Turns: Players are expected to take their turns within a reasonable amount of time. Organizers reserve the right to establish time limits on turns and to enforce those using timers.
Dispute Resolution: If players have any dispute during the game, they must engage the tournament staff and respect whatever ruling is made.

Participants must agree to abide by the official rules and decisions of the tournament organizers, which are final and binding.

By participating in the tournament, participants consent to being recorded on video. These recordings will be used for promotional materials without any additional compensation.

The organizers reserve the right to select the participants for the tournament and to increase or decrease the number of total participants as they see fit.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the tournament if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

By entering the tournament, participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizers from any liability arising from participation. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
